and the first thing you should know about me is that I’m a human being. This is highly disappointing, because obviously being a vampire sounds much cooler.

 

Alas.. an eternal, bloodsucking fiend of the night, I am not.

 

So, I guess the second thing you should know about me is that I am a YA author. What's that saying...? "Those who can't, write"?

I believe that characters are the heart of any good story, and that their complexity, relatability, and transformation can illuminate truths about ourselves and the world around us!

So what can you expect to find in my stories? Well, if you enjoy one, or all, of the following, you will probably (🤞) dig my tales:

• Magically inclined, bold young sorta-ladies on quests to figure out who they are, and who they have the potential to be

• Hot boys with cold hearts (don't worry, that's what fire is for)

• Magic, teamwork, banter, and rule-breaking

• Rhyming—I don't know why, but somehow there is always rhyming
