A former child star famous for her sing-along songs, Spooky Simmons has lived a luxurious and lonely life holed up in a Hollywood mansion, ragged on by her momager, and wishing she could escape her expired stardom to pursue a new dream: art.

 

But Spooky has a secret—like her dead father, the monsters she draws come to life.

 

Accepted into Sironia Academy of Charmed Arts, Spooky finally has a way to start over among other Fringes. But before long, she’s faced with an impossible choice: live up to the legacy that’s been built for her, or face the monsters prowling the halls of the school…
